The Art of the Grand Corporate Gala in Nairobi
Inside the making of a 500-person Fortune 500 gala at the Radisson Blu, from bespoke centerpieces to a surprise aerial acrobatics performance.

Brand Before Decor
A corporate gala should feel beautiful, but it also needs to communicate confidence. We started with the company's tone, guest profile, leadership priorities, and awards structure before selecting the visual language.
Guest Flow
Registration, welcome drinks, seating, speeches, dinner service, awards, and entertainment were mapped minute by minute. A strong run of show is what lets a large event feel relaxed to the people attending it.
Production Finish
Lighting, audio, staging, screen content, and entertainment were planned as one environment. That kept the room visually cohesive and helped every speaker, award recipient, and performance land with impact.
